The Vetrano Family

Family Insignia: The image of a female with wings, one white and one black. She is holding a sword in one hand, and a necklace in the other. Clearly enscribed in the necklace are the words Truth, Honor, and Vision. Behind the female are an assortment of animals.

History: The Vetrano is a family with members living in Vespanola, Opoluto, and the New World. Though they are said to be native to Katai, though some of the members of the family are native to Vespanola. The Vetranos are known for being natural born fighters, many of its members being involved in brawls growing up or earning commendations for combat prowess during times of war.

After the Three Years' War, the family was all but extinct as many of the family decided to side with the different factions involved. Leading to feuding with other families and within their own. Seeing the family in disarray, Zeta Vetrano and her brother John Vetrano decided to gather some of their siblings and head for the New World. Leaving their old family behind and starting from scratch, meeting up with their cousin Mina who helped them to make a name for themselves, and even gain loyal followers outside of the blood family who would later adopt the name as their own.

The family is made up of mostly siblings and cousins, though there are members of the family that don't share the blood of the family and many of the family members are looking to or have settled down with someone.

The Vetranos of the New World have openly embraced a mercenary lifestyle, often hiring themselves out to the highest bidder. This along with the occasional brawl, has given them a reputation among the Granado Espada as a group to be reckoned with.

They can usually be found hanging around a small resturant owned by a family member, and around their base of operations in Coimbra.
