Ok, so I've looked on google and I've looked on forums and I can't seem to find an answer to this question:

What are the normal reward and the bigger reward that the Hunting Soldier in Errac (the one across from Nar, not the Captain who requires 50 Rhodolite)? The Hunting soldier asks for 25 Rhodolite for the bigger reward.

I would assume the bigger reward would be better, but I just wanna know if someone out there knows what either of them are or if they can point me in the right direction if I missed something somewhere?
