Echoes of an Empire releases a whole new region by the name of Errac (pronounced Air-Rock). Errac is the first zone to be affected by both night and day, needless to say this will be a major element of the region. The new major city in Errac is called El Dorado. Built around a Cha'acan temple, it now protects the survivors of the cataclysmic events of Caebolan. The Erracan people of El Dorado are proud and resilient. It will not be easy to gain their trust and much more difficult to cultivate their respect.

In point of fact only the Premier on each World will be able to complete the necessary quests to unlock the new Region. However, there is a hefty price and only together will all Pioneers be able to reveal the full power of El Dorado.

Echoes of an Empire also introduces two new Unique Player Characters (UPCs): Nar and Selva.

Nar is an Erracan Warrior who has dedicated his life to the Goddess of the skies Cha'ac and protecting El Dorado. His past is a mystery but after the great explosion he came to El Dorado seeking refuge. His life changed the day he met Haman, the Chieftian of El Dorado. From that day on he dedicated his life to her and Cha'ac. To protect El Dorado, Nar utilizes the Goddess Cha'ac's favored weapon, the Crescent Axe. This two-handed crescent shaped weapon may be slow but in Nar's hands it is a powerful and devastating device.

Selva, or Lady Katovic as she has become known, is calculated, menacing and brutal. Players have followed her story from the first day they enter Auch. A mortal enemy of Montoro, Selva is seeking to end him after the events in Caebolan. Having lost her left hand, Selva decimates foes with her advanced Rapier skills. Not one to be beneath fisticuffs, Selva can also equip Fist Weapons in her left hand giving her a powerful left hook!

As you advance through the new content you will be able to battle foes with a host of new weapons and skills including a new series of Expert Stances and Weapons and Armors. The Constellation weapons are borne of the power of Cha'ac. Each weapon is forged from relics left from the God's last visit to the mortal earth. Elite Le Noir armors complement these new and powerful weapons allowing players to adequate defense and offense to defeat any foe. Additionally pioneers can combat their enemies with new stances for the Dagger, Great Sword, Rapier and more!
