Because of the login failure issue we had, I sent a ticket asking for compensation for my AA time, and the response is that I have not activated any recently. Well, I am currently in AA and my 7 day pass is currently showing 10hr left. I guess it is either I am dreaming that I am in AA and I'm blind for seeing the AA pass timer, or K2 staff is blind.
Any K2 staff would like to resolve this issue?
(Currently, the main website is down, so I can't send another ticket, but I'm afraid that by the time the website came back, my AA pass would have expired, at which time, I have no prove that I have activated my AA pass)
